1943 Racine Belles

Hi my name is Nikko and i will be talking about the first women champion baseball team. This team was a allstar team. This team was 1943 Racine Belles. I think women play a impotant role in society.

They were called the Racine Belles. The year the Belles won the championship was 1943. They had an allstar team. they had speed,power,and techniqe. This was a team that could beat a professional male team. Thier team had  many records including most runs scored in a season,most walks in a season, and most runs in a game. This team showed women could be athletes too if they put their mind to it.
